Food--- first class dinner excellent as was breakfast and both cooked to -
Everything. Staff attentive but not intrusive, customer care was second to none from all levels. Stuart & Suzi demonstrated the desire to ensure all aspects of our needs were met during our stay. The room was 10/10 and the location of the hotel lovely. The menu was varied and affordable whilst maintaining a good selection of choice. We left, wishing that we had a hotel like The Black Swan close to where we live, but because we don't we will be back soon. Highly recommended. Pat & Bill.
