  Exceeded my expectations, the room was large with lots of free space as was my en-suite. The breakfast selection was amongst the best I have ever had, can you believe they even make their own bread and yogurt! Both of which were simply delicious.   I can't praise my stay enough. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate and I would have no reservation in recommending this brilliant B&B - I could fault nothing with regards to Ashurst Lodge, Torquay. Greeted on arrival, shown to our room. Had everything we needed for a night away.
