Very friendly and accommodating staff. Feels as though they care. Refreshing swim in the pool before breakfast. Breakfast is at 0830 which meant that it was perfectly cooked and ready to go at that time - no rubber eggs cooked for hours. Easy parking and only 5 minutes from the harbour. Good price. I liked EVERYTHING, Very very friendly staff, Location,= only ten or fifteen minutes walk to the town centre, and Co-Op near by, two minutes, Very clean and tidy, Evening entertainment, even in November. Rooms warm and also a spare (3rd) pillow.
所有评语 » Lovely place, staff were friendly entertainment was fun even my son and his girlfriend had a Great time, the food was delicious, would liked to have stayed another night. in our short stay with them we found the staff very helpful and welcoming, location was ideal too, we both enjoyed the stay and would recommend, thanx. Excellent location for town & seafront VERY good value for the price Good evening entertainment every evening. The warm welcome by the owner/manager and the cheerfulness and helpfulness of all the staff. Very efficient at breakfast. Good price. Location was convenient for central Torquay. Friendly relaxed staff Good Breakfast 24hr Reception Decent value for money. location and value for money. staff. Staff very welcoming & Friendly. 2 coach parties in and place was pretty full but breakfast was served with great efficiency. Thanks Sue for your humour and great service under pressure. the closeness to the town. Room was clean and comfy. Location. Nothing. Breakfast time might have been a problem if we had to be somewhere else at that time - but this time we didn't. Decor and rooms a little tired and no shower. enjoyed a great bath for a change. TV could be improved. That I couldn't stay longer. leaving so soon. Nothing. Needs an injection of money spending on interior and exterior. lots of stairs. dated rooms. No shower in bathroom. Room decor & furnishings a little "tired" but it was only £58 for 2 of us in a double room B &B. the shower was not big enough for a child let alone adults.The bed was not tidied very well. The pillows were left as we left them.It was noisy in front of a very squeaky door.Smokers were allowed to smoke directly outside the dining room.The area outside the dining room was dirty with ashtrays full of cigarette ends. set time for breakfast at 8.30am. Dirty towel in room on arrival,dirty shower mat,bathrooom far too small and not enough shelving/towell hooks,bedroom curtains hanging off as hardly any curtain hooks to secure to rail. The hotel is generally in a poor state of repair and needs a lot of upgrading. Tiny bathroom,had to hold shower head. old small TV faulty with no remote,staff told but nothing done. Noise from street. Smoking terrace closed during entertainment, had to go out front.
