The staff were all friendly and welcoming. My room was very comfortable and had a great view. Angus, the hotel dog, is friendly and well behaved. The hotel food is also of a high quality and delicious. Its very well located, 10 mins walk into town, close to the path to the cliffs and see views. I highly recommend Bossiney House Hotel and it has plenty of parking unlike some other places. We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved the place. The owners were so lovely and were happy to answer any questions about the area and best places to visit. The coastal path right by the hotel was very convenient for making the most of the great walking tracks and beautiful views. I'd definitely stay again.
所有评语 » The hotel was very clean the rooms were well maintained the staff were very attentive. There was nothing that my wife or I could fault with this hotel. As a matter of interest my wife works full time in the London hotel business so she should know. It was really good to see progress on upgrading the hotel since our last visit and the bar and restuarant were particularly nice. Great space at the front for parking and the grounds very nice. Yes I am sure we will be back again. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was particularly good. Bedroom very comfortable, nice clean crisp sheets, and soft white towels. Beautiful view from room 6. Fantastic location near sea cliffs, very friendly staff/owners, great back garden for a few beers, entertaining double act of scottish dear hounds!. reallly friendly owners and staff with a relaxed style . fantastic place to chill out .Dogs were lovely . Good position for sight seeing. Staff were very friendly and helpfull, our room had a lovely view and although it was quite small it was very nicely done. The owner/managers were lovely. Great food, staff and accommodation. Intriguing dogs. Near Boscastle and Port Isaac. The accommodation & food were excellent. The location was ideal for visiting sites in North Cornwall. The only good thing I can say, is that the breakfsdt was good.....shame about the dog hairs on the tablecloth....,, and everything else!. The bed was uncomfortable and the sound proofing between the bar below and the room not enough as speech could be heard and we felt a little restricted. The washbasin in bed room and not in the ensuite was not ideal and power sockets near to washbasin or dressing table (with mirror please) would be good for hairdryer users. N/A. menu could be broader but was more than adequate. Leaving. That I couldn't stay longer!. Nothing. Small bathroom. The worst mattress ever. Must have been 100 years old. We both tossed and turned all night because it was so uncomfortable. Owner said it would be replaced that day? I,m sure other people would have complained before us as it was so bad. We both ened up with very sore backs. Bathroom was basic and bedroom was dusty. Didnt realise before booking there were two very large dogs which are allowed to roam at will. I have a phobia about large dogs but as the dogs were amiable I didn't have a problem but my brother & partner did. Fish tank in bar area so green & slimy not nice to see. Whole hotel smelt do dogs. The two large hotel dogs were free to roam , not ideal if your not keen on dogs! Bathroom very small with minimal facilities generally the whole place generally needed upgrading as very tired and dated. Bathroom was dated and dirty. Dogs in the bar and lounge area and allowed to roam and eat off customers plates. Swimming pool was uninviting. Only used the hotel as a base. Ate elsewhere as uncomfortable around the dogs. Old, uncomfortable furniture ie the bed....bathroom so small you couldn't move (especially in the shower) -the overwhelming smell of damp dogs.....very expensive for the standard of accommodation provided.
