  Staff were really friendly and helpful, there was a good atmopsphere in all areas of the hotel. I left my phone charger in my room on departure and they were great about sending it on to me, very efficient! I had heard that parking could be an issue after reading other reviews on the hotel but I parked straight away, directly in-front of the hote... 别人怎么说 » l. - The room was fantastic, beds were very comfortable, staff were excellent, and the facilities were brilliant.   The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The location was ideal- around 5mins walk to tenby itself. Room was immaculate, cosy and luxurious and the Jacuzzi bath was a welcome bonus.
