  Staff were really friendly and helpful, there was a good atmopsphere in all areas of the hotel. I left my phone charger in my room on departure and they were great about sending it on to me, very efficient! I had heard that parking could be an issue after reading other reviews on the hotel but I parked straight away, directly in-front of the hote... 别人怎么说 » l. - The room was fantastic, beds were very comfortable, staff were excellent, and the facilities were brilliant.   We arrived early for our stay and the staff did everything to get our accommodation ready.We had a warm welcome from the staff who were all very friendly. We stayed in the Dovecotes which was ample accommodation for my daughters and myself. The property had everything you could need . It was nice to have a terrace to sit outside and have a quiet d... 别人怎么说 » rink in the sunshine. The views from the terrace of the Waves restaurant are stunning and the food was excellent. The weather couldn't have been any b - The facilities are well thought out , the free dvd loans, the pool the out door facilities for the children. The safe enviroment, the restaurant was very welcoming & very good with the children, we got there after reception was closed & were told to go straight to our bungalow where a warm atmosphere greeted us with local radio playing & side lights on. Lovely start to our break.
