  Staff were really friendly and helpful, there was a good atmopsphere in all areas of the hotel. I left my phone charger in my room on departure and they were great about sending it on to me, very efficient! I had heard that parking could be an issue after reading other reviews on the hotel but I parked straight away, directly in-front of the hote... 别人怎么说 » l. - The room was fantastic, beds were very comfortable, staff were excellent, and the facilities were brilliant.   The whole atmosphere was good and my wife and i immediately were able to relax from the the time we entered the hotel. The spa facilities were really good and the location from the town was just right. The staff were so helpful. and always had a smile for you. We even had a welcome from the hotel cat (at least we thought it was from the hot... 别人怎么说 » el ) - The service was always pleasant and friendly. The whole place was nice and clean. The room was very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet at night, so very restful. Food was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.
