  The Staff worked really hard to ensure we had a good stay. It was a birthday celebration for one of the party and the hotel went that extra mile to please. Food was very good with the exception of the breakfast on the Friday morning - The location of the hotel in the park with views into the countryside is fabulous. Room was a superior - really surprised me contemporary yet old world sophistication. First visit had a gym excellent for me arriving after long trip. The accommodation was also very nice, and beautifully kept. The food was excellent as was the service in the restaurant. The only thing I would say is that you should be prepared to pay over £100 for a meal for 2 people, which some might consider a little pricey.
