  This is the second time my partner and I have stayed at Marriott Swansea. We visit Swansea annually for the Dylan Thomas Festival. The Swansea Marriott is not a pretentious hotel like some. It was a particularly wet windy day and the sight of the waves crashing over the promenade was spectacular. There i - Customer service was amazing. Every member of staff was friendly, happy and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. In particular the man on reception who booked us in, checked we had a roll out bed and booked us a taxi all in one go and the very cheerful chef! Everyone said hello and smiled. Husband witnessed the hotel manager talking to another resident about an issue and she dealt with it very confidently and professionally. Well done

  The room was very nice even though we didnt stay there for long as we were out all day, I would like to use it again but stay a little longer next time to enjoy the vacilities. - The staff are very helpfull and the hotel is one of the best i have stayed in.   This was my first trip to Swansea so I went with an open mind. I had booked the hotel because of its location and price.The staff at reception were so welcoming and friendly and supplied us with maps and details of places of interest. They wished me a very happy hen do and were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious and give off a luxuarious feel. The door staff in the evening ensures that no drunken randoms come into the hotel and disturb anyone. perfect location for anyone visiting Swansea, easy to park in the mulitistorey that the hotel kindly validate your ticket so its only £5.

  I have just got back from a nights stay at the Towers Hotel and Spa, Swansea Bay and have to comment on how fantastic the leisure facilities are. I found the infinity pool so relaxing, and made full use of the sauna and Jacuzzi!
