  The Riverside looks quite small from the outside but do not be fooled. It is one of the most welcoming places I have stayed at. The manager and staff were friendly and accommodating with nothing too much trouble. There is live music on a Saturday night which adds to the overall experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. - We thought the staff were very pleasant and very helpful Dave was a very attentive and a pleasant owner Breakfast was up there with the best we have had at any hotel or b&b We had a chat with a few of the locals who were also very nice Most places you go the locals don't welcome you . The residents of Sutton bridge very nice Would not hesitate to return to the riverside in the future

  The facilities were lovely and it was immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and we even had an evening meal which was delicious and real good value for money. We were amazed, best place we stayed in for a while. And staying there again in a month or so.   A very enjoyable stay, very impressive hotel, surely the best in thearea, The staff were some of the freindliest i,ve met on my travels, Asfor the food I had a very nice Full English Breakfast included with myroom and I had a carvery on Sunday, "wow" and off the menu on Monday,equally as good.
