Our room was in the old barn building, room No.1. Yes there is road noise but only for the start / finish of the working day after that the road is fairly quiet. Really enjoyed having the large lounge at our disposal to relax in rather than being confined to our room. As they were not fully booked out we had the lounge to ourselves. also staying for 5 nights the extra room was great. So nice also to have lawn around you rather than just building/concrete. The breakfast was value for money.
