  I booked this hotel back in November, as a birthday present for my friend as we were visiting Hever Castle for the day and wanted somewhere to stay overnight not too far away. Hotel was fantastic, staff were so friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was as good as I've had at any restaurant. We left a shirt in the wardrobe and had to return a few days later to pick it up. The way that hiccup was handed was superb. Very hospitable, lovely atmosphere, fantastic continental breakfast.

  Excellent stay at Shh. Friendly staff, clean and good quality accomodation. Only complaints would be the pillows are rather thin and the road outside is fairly loud - The location of the hotel was perfect for me, the rooms were extremly comfortable, Staff were very polite and helpful and the food was wonderful.

  The hotel was good, nice and quiet and the bar next door was nice. The staff were overall nice but the girl in Reception called Alex was an absolute star and could not have been more helpful-she really went above and beyond to look after us and get everything we requested. Particularly well located room, which was larger than usual, easy for mum to get around. Comfy bed as ever. Freshly cooked breakfast was delicious. Have stayed here a lot and will continue to do so, despite other options being available.
