  Although a very old building our room was spacious, quiet and furnished with high quality furniture. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was really delicious and cooked to order on this visit as there were few guests the night we stayed. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely book here on our next visit to Hayling ... 别人怎么说 » Island. - Friendly staff, good food apart from my desert.   Friendly staff, super meals, comfortable beds and lovely old building, yes it was slightly tired, worn carpets ect.., but if I wanted modern and new I would have booked another hotel. There was lashings of hot water, heating on full, crisp white linen on beds and duvets.   The staff without exception were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable which is what I expect when I stay at Premier Inn and just over the main road (but I couldn't hear the traffic) the location was ideal to where we wanted to be.
