The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.   Staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and finished to a high standard. I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights (03.01-07.01) and I have to say I liked it very much! I arrived there at 9 am and was given a room although the check-in time starts from 14:00! The room was soooooo lovely, so comfortable, clean, modern. Yes, quite small, but more than enough for one person, I loved everything about my room! The towels and linen were changed every day. Very comfortable bed! 1,5 months have passed but I'm still dreaming about the bed :) Very clean and nice bath
