The hotel staff were very friendly, approachable and very helpful! The rooms were a nice size and very clean, the view from the hotel room was very nice as we could see the sea from our room! The facilities in the room were also very good. We had a very good stay in the hotel and would deffinately go back there again. The host and Hostess were fantastic and very friendly! They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in! Will definately be booking again!.

The staff (Paula and her team) were very friendly, made our short stay areal pleasure and nothing was too much trouble, I would definatelyrecommend to my friends and family.the price did not include breakfast,but you could get it if and when you wanted,between the hours specified. We found the staff frindley and helpful.The room was very warm and the view was excerlent over the bay.The staff were very freindly and helpfull. Room had additional heating to the central heating. The only good thing about staying at the hotel was the spectacular views.we didnt stay ended up coming home rather than spend the night ..dreadful. we found it difficult to find as the address on the invoice said blenhiem terrace yet it was on queens parade. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything that is going on in the hotel, especially your neighbours. oldish, a bit tired looking but clean. Bathroom was smaller than small and no room to swing a cat. needs attention.They didn't know about our reservation. The room was quite small but we did book late and there were bigger rooms in the hotel.The windows need updating as very drafty. room price very high for size of room. The size of the bedroom and the rattling window.The room was dirty, very small and definately needs a lot of work done to it. There was absolutely no room to move between the bottom of the bed around to the window. There was a dirty cup lying beside the bed. everything ,paper hangnig offthe walls ,ensuite in a wardrobe ,cracked windows ,noisy ,small.
