the location was great, up on the hill above the St Austell bay and cliff tops, the view in the morning sunshine was as breathtaking as I had remembered. Staff were very professional but very helpful and friendly, customer service being their particular strengths, food was good quality and value for money, although those cooked breakfasts were a little on the generous side for my mum and myself, good job we only do this occassionally! all in all we were both very satisfied with out stay, would.
所有评语 » Staff were friendly from the minute we arrived, nothing too much trouble. Our room was missed for servicing the second day. Receptionist couldn't have been more apologetic and dealt with it straight away, even though she was busy dealing with new arrivals, and working alone. We would recommend this hotel to others and would definately return if visiting Cornwall again. Well Done! St Austell Premier Inn. Only thing that let the location down was the restaurant next door...... Not good, but this . Efficient & relaxed. Could not fault Housekeeping staff - room spotless & kept so during our short break.Very important as grandparents using family room with 2 children. Like thoughtfulness of extra and diffent pillows supplied and fact that fan was not only provided but had been switched on prio to our arrival in v. hot conditions.Our 1st experience Premier Inns but will definitely use them again. The manager called me a few days before our stay to confirm how we'd like the room set up, which I thought was a nice touch. When we arrived she was very welcoming and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed fairly new and everything was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night as we were visiting the Eden Project, but will certainly stay there again. Convenient location, at very competitive prices --ALL reception staff were most helpful, polite and always welcomed you with a smile - excellent 'customer care'- the 'meal deal' was excellent 'value for money' with good quality food - I also liked the 'plug in facility' panel for Camcorders, Camera's etc allowing playback onto the TV within the bedroom We will be back!!. We chose the Premier Inn in St Austell because of its proximity to the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Eden Project. We have used Premier Inns before so we know they are a consistent standard of comfort and cleanliness. We thought the reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful. we decided to leave one day early due to weather conditions and the staff offered us our money back for the night we didn't stay which were not expecting and was great. The member of staff on the reception during our stay was very friendly and helpful. our first stay at a Premier Inn, we were impressed.The appearance was tip top and spotless clean.The breakfast was excellent, so, yes we were pleased with our stay.Would be pleased if you would register us for any offers etc. Everything - t t was also excellant for breakfast and evening meal situated next door to hotel made it very convenient. Staff at Premier Lodge and restaurant were very helpful and well informed about surrounding area. Friendly helpful staff (offered us vouchers for nearby Eden project and recommended good resturants). Excellent parking facilities and being next to Table Table resturant was convenient for budget meals and breakfast. St Austell was really central for our plans to visit Eden Project the Lost gardens of Heligan and various other places, fantastic views from our room overlooking the sea, friendly staff and fabulous food. Convenient central location for all the places we wished to visit. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Food and service in the restaurant very good. We would definitely return for another visit. Staff couldnt have been more helpful and happy. The room was spotless and bathroom very clean. The breakfast was great as well. All Positive!. As the guests were almost all there for leisure reasons the breakfast service was very concentrated and busy. However the staff coped very well, gave plenty of notice of possible hot food delays, which in the event were not realised. nothing. The Inn was at the top of a mountain..and the only thing we missed was not having a walk and a browse after dinner. Nothing. Had to pay for wi fi if more than 30 minutes required. There was nothing we didn't like. Nothing. Seemed understaffed at breakfast time. We waited about 30 minutes for our cooked breakfast the first morning. It was school half term however, so very busy. The bank holiday morning there was. Very rude woman in the breakfast staff and that was in uncomfortable as her behaviour was unprofessional. Nothing. Family room was very small with the two kids beds filling the room making it impossible to get to one side of our bed. Nothing. Nothing. No lift available. Nothing comes to mind. Nothing. Nothing. N/A. Their was nothing we didn't like. I stayed three nights. I had a separate booking for a fourth night which I cancelled at the front desk and obtained a cancellation number. I was told an email confirmation would follow....IT Hasn't!!!. Nothing. the only room avaliable was a disabled one Room 2,which was fine, but when someone in the room above was walking about it felt like a very small shake!!!!......and I should know. We're from New Zealand !!.....that was ironic!. Had to wait too long for breakfast. but was good when we got it. Minor point, I'm a light sleeper and very strong winds while we were staying rattled the bathroom extractor vent flap, annoying but probably understandable given strength of wind. price could be a bit lower. The room was not very warm when retuning at night. Could have done with more tea and coffee sachets Extra blanket would have been good. nothing, the location suited us 100%. Sqeeky floors. Nothing. creaky floor boards. I liked everything. Nothing not to like.
