  Very friendly staff. Moreover, we arrived at the hotel 3 hours before check-in time and just wanted to leave our luggage there, but they already gave us a room! And when we asked for something, they reacted very quickly.   I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  The location is perfect, the room was really cleaned and nice with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view on London. Staff is nice and the breakfast was excellent. - The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

  The hotel was wonderful we couldnt have asked for more. The staff friendly and helpful, The lobby beautiful and clean and very plush looking. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurat is very nice. The position of the hotel is also very central (few steps from Oxford circus) I would certainly go back there.

  Excellant hotel, location and staff. We did have a problem with bed the first night (headboard dislodged) and the next day they moved us to better room and gave us a discount for that night. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. - Excellent location for the main tourist sites in London

  the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. - Very friendly staff at front desk who upgraded our room when he heard it was our 1st wedding anniversary.
