  i did not personally myself stay at the hotel however my girlfreinds parents did for a christmas present. They thouroughly enjoyed their stay and said that the staff were very helpfull and welcoming. - It has clearly been re-decorated and every thing was new and modern, the staff were very helpful. Hotel highly - As we arrived the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable.As we were staying for one night to see a concert at the lg Arena we did not use any of the facilities but again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi to the arena. Also the bar area was very good although it was busy the staff again made it easy to get served as they were very organised and fast. The food we ordered came quickly and was very good with good sized portions.
