  Easy check in, very friendly and helpful receptionist. only stayed one night and arrived a little late due to getting lost in Bristol city centre. Receptionist arranged for the hotel bus to pick us up from hotel and take us to, bungalow restaurant, who she rang to say we were on our way to eat. Although the restaurant is a little way from the hote... 别人怎么说 » l, the hotel bus takes you there and also brings you back. I believe this service will also take you to the airport. The room was clean and comfortabl - Decided at the last minute to stay at the Forge before early morning flight. Staff very friendly and efficient, accommodation small but very comfortable, as well as tea and coffee also included cereals in room for breakfast and mini fridge with milk! Taken by mini bus to their own pub free of charge and collected, all staff extremely cheerful and helpful. Would definitely recommend it. Could not be nearer to Bristol airport.

  Nicely presented apartment, quite, clean and comfortable. 10 mins walk from cabbot circus, 5 mins walk from the train station 15 walk mins from the bar, nightclub.   The rooms were really nicely decorated and really clean. I did not really see any of the staff as I was out for most of the day but the room was cleaned and the tea and coffee "topped up". The fact it is self catering enabled me to save a fortune on eating out, the kitchen was well stocked with clean appliances and all the utensils/crockery/cutler... 别人怎么说 » y you would need. My room also had a fridge in it which was great if you wanted to keep your food seperate from the main kitchen. Would highly recomme - we had been held up in traffic coming away from the ballon festival Fiaz was very kind and ensured what ever the time of arrival we would be welcomed, Fiaz had left the lights on for us and ensured the property was opened so that we didnt have to worry about waking anybody else at 1am. Very thoughtful and understanding owners we would defiantly stay again and highly reccomend to our friends and family
