  The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and food are available 24-7 (unlike many hotels I have stayed in). The location is excellent and I had a nice view of the river Avon. The room was excellent: really spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities available. The room was so quiet (I stayed midweek) and it was - Great value and location for this model hotel. Staff were helpful and rooms were very updated and clean. The free internet in the lobby was a great service. The location of this hotel was close to the Temple Mead Station for rail travelers and connects to several bus routes. IT was very quite and again, staff were approachable and helpful. Great place to stay for families, business, or mature couples. Love the hotel.

After checking out, I was able to leave my bag at the hotel until I needed to the railway station, several hours later. I called the receptionist and she quickly run upstairs to the room and search for the phone. She kept the phone safe for us until my friend claimed it on behalf of us.   We were attending a concert at the nearby Castle & chose it as it was so close. The staff were all excellent especially the breakfast staff who were friendly even though they were busy. I am a single mother with two children and so I had booked a family room, but I never expected it to be as roomy and practical as it was. With three beds, a decent sized bathroom, a tv and coffee facilities all being on a floor which was clearly marked "QUIET ZONE" I was so impressed and would definitely stay here again.

  I have stayed at Hotel24Seven once before, so knew exactly what to expect, Clean , comfortable , nicely decorated rooms, secure off road parking, easy access via coded locks, great value for money. Indeed I will actually visit Bristol more often now as I have my hotel of choice sorted. - We were delighted to find out that we had our own kitchen with full cooking facilities. It's a great way to save money as you don't have to go out to eat all the time, especially as one of us has complicated dietary requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's also a huge advantage not to have to carry around a key the whole time and not have to worry about losing it.
