  The food was good & value for money, the room was excellent with the shower taking top billing from both of us. All the staff were attentive to your needs & requests, nothing was to much trouble for them.   I loved everything about the guest house. The place smells lovely, beautifully designed, the room was tidy and clean, the towels smell nice and clean.   there was not anything we did not like. we thouroughly enjoyed our stay,it was in good location and the owner made us feel very warm and welcomed,therefore in the near future we would like to visit again and we recommend this to both our friends and family and also anyone else wishing to visit whitley bay. - the coast was lovely

  We booked at the last moment to attend a funeral and because it was so late, I was unable to book 3 on-suite rooms, one had an external toilet on another floor. The Seabreeze has very friendly and helpful staff. While we travelled an on-suite room became available and they automatically allocated me that room at no extra cost! Heating was always on so was nice and warm. Had Tv with built in DVD player. Room was cleaned daily and presentation was very good of towels and complimentary washing aids. All in all was one of the best B & B's we have stayed in. We will definitely be staying at the Seabreeze on our next trip to South Shields :)
