  Since 2003 I have travelled extensively and have therfore stayed in many hotels. The staff at the Best Western were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met.   I checked in early evening and was greeted well by the Managers, then taken straight to my room. They made a real effort to accommodate me and always with a smile. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. My Executive room was very clean, tidy and quite large for what I had expected. We will be booking the Millgate House Hotel again for our visit to Newark next year for the Vintage Tractor Show.

Ours was good value, - The whole experience from start to finish was great. The land lord of the pub has only been there since January and made us feel so welcome. We went for an evening horse racing meet and he was kind enough to offer to take us back in the morning to collect our car. The young man behind the bar was very friendly and coudlnt do enough to help us. Breakfast was a good home cooked fry up with plenty of tea and coffee to go with it.
