The hotel is in a great location near the town centre and is the first hotel we check availability for when we go to the area. Its strength is its staff, who we've always found more than helpful, welcoming and polite. The rooms have definitely improved with its latest facelift and - Friendly, efficient, polite staff. Arrived after a long drive with young baby to a smiling face & cheery receptionist made all the difference. My 2 year old loved chatting away to everyone. Facilities were excellent & spotlessly clean as was our room which had plenty room even with an extra bed in. Breakfast was also delicious & bar & meals were not over priced for once in a hotel however equally as delicious! Already planning our next visit!

  It was a delightful surprise from start to finish. We were fortunate to book the apartment at a reasonable rate£267 for 4 . I would certainly stay again as would my friends but would like to stay for 2 nights with the right deal. Your staff are a credit to Liverpool and nothing was too much trouble, from Luke on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to the Gentleman who collected my car (I missed his name I'm sorry) My room was immaculate and the service second to none! I will definitely be recommending The Richmond and returning myself very soon. Once again thank you to all who made my stay so pleasurable!
