  its is nicely situated on the east of Cheltenham ideally for walkers and business people. The staff are nice and friendly you get a good welcome and the owners will greet you when you arrive or see you off when you leave.   It was the first time we had travelled with a young baby and staff were very supportive initially over the telephone then in person, providing a travel cot in the room and a high chair at meal times.   I was within walking distance of the General Hospital to be near my daughter when she was a patient. A similar distance in the other direction took me to the High Street where I filled my time in the shops and a cafe, and was met with friendliness and courtesty at Reception.   The hotel was nice and modern and we received a good welcome on our arrival. Good parking facilities and the bar was also a nice surprise! We walked into the town centre during the day (approx. 10 mins), however, a taxi was necessary during the evening.
