  Absolutely fantastic B&B, could not have wished for better! Jim and Liz were wonderful hosts, so welcoming and friendly. My room was quiet, cosy and spotless, and the breakfasts were plentiful and delicious.   The proprietor was welcoming,friendly,helpful , interesting & cooked a good breakfast for his guests. The room in which I stayed had a heated floor in the ensuite, very modern shower with digital controls & a touch controlled lighted mirror above the wash basin. However , the proprie - Seascape is really comfortable and a VERY relaxing place to stay. Matt makes you feel very welcome and we certainly felt totally at home. He also cooks a mean breakfast too! The location is great, a stones throw away from a lovely beach and the view across the Forth of Firth is amazing. Lower Largo is also a great wee place to stay with a good real ale pub and a couple of nice places to eat. We will be back, oh yes we will be back!

  This B&B was a wonderful surprise. Sue and Len welcomed us as if were friends so that we hardly felt we were in a B&B! The house is a lovely Victorian with very large rooms and celings with a glorious view of the Firth of Forth behind the rolling landscape in the foreground. Even the bathroom has a fantastic view. We would highly recommend five pilmour place & we will go back & visit a - The room was smart and tidy and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We have booked a room with double bed...what we saw when we a - The room was great we had a Deluxe Twin and it was a big room with a large bathroom and a rolled top bath. The location on North street means it's just a short walk to the beach and the Old course and to the town as well. The staff where very helpful and the breakfast was really good. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and not to costly .We will stay again in this hotel the next time we are in St Andrews

  Gorgeous setting with lovely, hospitable hosts. The inn is very warm, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect time to interact with other interesting quests. It is a nice 15 minute drive to St. Andrews.
