We stayed in Room 7 which I believe is the smallest double room in the hotel but it was very spacious and comfortable for us - with a large separate bathroom and separate dressing area. It snowed heavily during our stay and the staff even cleared the snow from our car - We stayed in the Bowness suite and it was beautiful, we could not fault a thing at this place, will return soon

The views, the terrace and grounds over looking the lake, the space andold world charm, welcoming staff and we were fortunate to have a lakeside room. Nice to stay in on wet days when lounge available - The hotel was clean and modern, with fantastic views over lake Windemere. The staff were helpful, informative and friendly.
