  This was a perfect break. The staff are such a friendly team and really go out of their way to make guests feel welcomed. The views out over the fells make you feel relaxed in the first 5 minutes.   We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean and spacious and the food was of very good quality. The all you can eat breakfast was suberb. A lovely setting overlooking the river. Excellent leisure facilities, excellent bar, staff were fabulous, rooms were clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The room was large and very comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the countryside and immaculate gardens.
