We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow.   The hotel was CLASSY with a capital C, great design, layout 7 level of clenliness. Have travelled the world a great deal and this would rate as in my top five! - They have an excellent swimming pool, jacquzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed very much (plus a health spa which we didn't use).

  Was my first visit to a non-USA Holiday Inn. Restaurant and bar where much nicer than any US property. Workout facilities were also great with lots of equipment and space to work out. I didn't have my kids with me, but it seemed very family friendly. - very efficient-as arrived very late, by taxi with a baby and lots of baggage

  I love the style of the hotel. The lobby was fantastic. Very welcoming. The fish tanks by tye lifts on every floor were amazing. Having an ice dispenser and a shoe shine machinewas a real bonus.
