It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. In regards to keys, it's a card based system so there's no faffing about with key fobs.

  The breakfast was excellent and the room with the tv service was also good. The room was nice and warm with a good radiator and the water was hot. I did like that I could make my own coffee and tea inside the hotel room. Also loved that there was a fridge to put my food and drinks inside to keep it cool. - friendly staff
