I thought the staff at Beachfield were very friendly and welcoming, and had a comfortable and relaxing stay there. The lounge/bar area was a nice place to sit and chill out with a drink, and the breakfast and service was really very good indeed. I would have no hesitation staying there again, in fact I'd recommend it. The Beachfield is a lovely hotel in a very convenient place. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I had an excellent night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the area.
所有评语 » My single room was small but comfortable & well appointed. Breakfast excellent better than many 5 star hotels. Dinner menu varied & good. Staff friendly efficient & helpful. Staff were very friendly,helpful,and. Efficient .The hotel was spotless and comfortable lovely location.food was delicious .we will certainly visit again hopefully in the near future. Single rooms were above average standard, although at back of hotel. Restaurant food outstanding - particularly when prepared by Geoff! Lovely public areas and spotlessly clean. Good location in Penzance. Elegant building, very tastefully and newly decorated. All available facilities, including meals, excellent. Staff attentive and friendly, courteous. The staff were incredible. The hotel was spotless. The location which was on the promenade gave a gorgeous view of the Cornish coast. We can't wait to come back. This is the perfect location for visiting fans to the Cornish Pirates Mennaye ground. The breakfast was very nice, cooked to order and very hot. I couldn't find fault with the place. Lack of parking. Nothing. Sunday evening meal offer of £12.95 for two courses should be extended for residents every night. The a la carte cost prohibited us from eating in the hotel more often. Unfortunately, room 18 doesn't have wi-fi which should really have been pointed out on booking. That we didn't get to spend more time there. All amazing what's not to like?. Nothing. A dvd library for guests would have been a bonus as the TV had a dvd player. The shower pressure was poor and if improved the room would have been perfect. The shower pressure was low and the bathroom lighting could be brighter. hotel on main street so very noisy all night long. no airconditioning, but did provide a fan. The shower was very poor as the water pressure was low. Lack of parking. A little bit distant from the station and town centre if no car;. Nothing. all good. leaveing. Could not find fault. Our room had very large windows and would benefit from black out blinds. It was a long walk to the main centre. Limited restaurants and shops nearby. Stairs. Nothing. The room was a bit cramped and the bed rather small. Service willing but sometimes a bit amateurish. low waterpressure of shower, showercurtain in bath > not much room to shower. Whilst appreciating the bed was a standard double we did find it small and rather uncomfortable. We would book a room with a King sized bed next time. I paid £69 for a single room the bed was so small and the room it was not worth what I paid. I was to stay there 3 nights but moved out after first night. No way was that room worth £69. waiting 25 mins for breakfast 4'6 bed dark bathroom shaver lightflickering,reported,went off altogether.
