the location to the town centre is only A 5 minute walk. the nearest pub the royal caters for satellite tv showing all sports and serving good food. the crosby has been lovingly restored and is A credit to dawn and hubby. dawns breakfasts are great. both very friendly and I would recommend it to anyone.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely the towels gorgeous and fluffy, all round very comfortable. The breakfast was hot and well cooked, nothing was too much trouble. The location was walking distance from Penrith town centre, so ideal when you did not to drive into town.所有 评语 »
As soon as we arrived we were greeted in the most friendly and welcoming manner. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and produce used was fresh and it was all presented beautifully.

located on A slight hill but not too drastic, may not suit the elderly or those with below average health. parking restrictions in force, but dawn can supply permits and no trouble parking.
