  We paid £85 for a double room and breakfast which seemed very reasonable and for this price we were more than happy to be offered an inland facing room. We were very pleased to be given a beautiful room with fabulous estuary views.   the setting was perfect. I had travelled a great distance to attend a job interview and my daughter accompanied me. The room was upgraded to superior double room by the managements decision. That there was plenty to do within walking distance. There was no through traffic., which made it lovely and quiet. Plenty of places to stroll and have a quiet drink or eat. My favourite was the beach. The hotel was homely and just easy to come and go as you please., with food at the car until quite late.

  The accommodation was within a stunning location, next to a secluded beach area with beautiful views from any angle. The accommodation as clean and has very good communal areas i.e. living area and kitchen. The staff were very friendly and the hostel provided a very good atmosphere. Finally it is extremely good quality for money, i would highly recommend. - The location is amazing, right on the cliff top, just a short walk to 2 beautiful beaches. There was a great atmosphere on the Friday evening in the beer garden, overspilling onto the cliff top. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The breakfast team seemed short staffed (just 1) but he was calm and helpful and efficient (lots of people would have turned into Basil Fawlty). Good food too. Would definitely stay again. The kids loved it.

  Location was just excellant, we loved the old feel and all the querkiness of the old building. The facilities were good including the breakfast which was both buffet and cooked! - Great food and customer service. Excellent locale.
