The room was big, clean and comftable, all what you need when you are travelling. very friendly, very clean .Hospitality. Affordable, confortable, family run business. Very pleasant stay. The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Staff and Management were friendly and helpful. If our daughter does decide to go to the nearby university we will stay at the P and J Hotel again.
所有评语 » the hotel was good for what i needed as i needed to be near qmc hospital as my wife was in overnight for surgery i would use this hotel again. The room was clean and comfortable, the lady who dealt with us was efficient and friendly. Friendly welcome, approachable staff. Very relaxing atmosphere.good service and always got a nice smile from ladies. Friendly staff, location of hotel, facilities. friendly and helpful staff, nice lounge area, excellent breakfast. Very clean and convienient. Quiet hotel. Convenient for university. friendly and clean and breakfast good.friendly welcome; privacy of room. Warm and friendly staff. Cozy. Would have liked decaf choice of drinks in room. beds too soft and squeaky doors at night.Single room not ensuite. Poor range of drinks in bar (e.g. no tonic to go in a gin). Bit crowded at breakfast....I'm grumpy in the morning and would have preferred a table on my own. breakfast nothing like the picture on the menu. Had to go upstairs then downstairs to get to room - seems like two houses joined together. Toilet/.shower was poorly equipped.Furniture needed repairs.Many light bulbs missing, including shades in some areas no light for shaving -cooked breakfast (poached eggs disappointing -sausages hard -horrible. further from city centre than thought. Nottingham Buses did not know about Hotel PandJ, Although it is on the main derby road and nearby a bus stand. If it is a common bus point every stanger can approach this hotel from airport. about 25pounds can be saved via bus from airport. Mould on ceilings. Breakfast did not include listed ingredients on menu.Noise from other guests coming and going.yes, shower had no pressure, breakfast awful -very little choice- tea ( cup of ) never arrived. the fact that the bedroom reminded me of stay with my great nan and she has been dead 20 years. The sharing of facilites - bathroom and toilet. standard, staff attitude, breakfast.
