  GREAT location for Newquay beaches and South West Coast Path. A lovely B&B with friendly hosts. Room was clean, cosy, spacious and very well equipped. Breakfast was generous and set me up for the day. Importantly for me (as a solo traveller) I felt safe and welcomed. An honest British B&B with homely touches.
