The hotel was comfortable, clean and well thought out. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Six of us travelled to visit relatives in the area, we booked a table for nine people on our last evening. The restaurant is nicely devided into separate areas, the menu is varied and we all enjoyed our meals. Ahhh the bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. Very clean and all the staff were very friendly they couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was included in our room rate and it was excellent value for money.
所有评语 » We found the Premier Inn Holystone to be very comfortable, good sized double room with ensuite, very clean and fresh smell throughout. Very quiet location. Breakfast at the Stoneybrook restaurant next door was excellent. Freindly geordie welcome from reception and very helpful sorting out taxi's etc. Room spotless and well laid out with a large flat screen tv. Pub next door reasonably priced - location good for our needs. A big thank you to receptionist Amanda who was excellent with the drunken men she had to deal with on her own who was being awful to her she deserves a mention from your company. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Just a few miles from the city and a few miles from the beach. Taxi back from city centre cost less than £15. It was very convenient for my business and easy to find The staff particularly the receptionist were extremely helpful,friendly It was lovely and quite. The lady on reception was very kind and helpful in explaining how to get to places etc........ The room was very nice and very clean....... Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfy. I also like the no noise at night and slept very well. Clean and comfortable. Easy to get to. Great breakfast. It was very warm and no air con, the windows on the ground floor didn't open very wide and as we had a family room it was a bit warm and cosy to say the least but we coped I would stay again!. £8.50 for breakfast...x 4 ! understaffed at the pub so they said we couldn't sit outside and get breakfast service - we did anyway and they finally accomodated us ?. Drunks on stag nights who mess things up for us normal people. No extractor fan in the bathroom. When we all showered the whole of the room was filled with steam and damp. Cleared up after a few hours of the window being open. Although the wifi was good at a cost of £3.00 for 24 hours It lost connection a few times while I was typing on line reports Tissues in the room would be appreciated. When we arrived they had had alot of snow the carpark was covered in snow and quite slippy, the only places that looked as if they had been gritted was the footpath up to the inn. Elderly people would of struggled parking and walking....... I think it would be a bit better if you actually gave more tea bags and coffee sachets, as I remember i stayed in one of the premier Inn's before and there wasn't enough tea or coffee and that is why I brought some of my own tea bags from home. Nothing. Only there one night. if you are walking to the hotel it is a bit out of the way , not easily found from the metro station even though its only 5mins walk . Charging for Wi Fi is stupid in this day and age. Proper toilet roll needed!!!. Noisy guests upstairs seemed to walk about for an hour late at night and the same first thing (7.15am on Sunday until 8.30am) which did affect our enjoyment of the accommodation a little. Location and car park. The refund I am trying to get back from letsbookhotel.com because Premier Inn had a better deal. lack of public transport links. nothing. Nothing. No hand washing soap fill up. Free wifi only 30 mins this should be totally free in this day and age. The 4th bed was only a mattress on the floor and not very comfortable. The roundabouts on A19 to get there!. The misery on reception. The room felt cold and I had to keep turning up the heating to feel comfortable. I had a bath at 10pm to get warm and the water was barely hot enough.(the corridors were lovely and cosy!) The restaurant was closed and the breakfast in a box was dire. You need to put the Pr... Inn sign at top of the long pole as it was difficult to find at first and you don't have much time coming off the motorway onto a large round-about - to look around as very busy with cars etc. We saw the other sign no problem but did't realise it was part of??!.
