  Amy was an absolutely delightful young lady who related in a friendly, open manner that was both engaging on a personal level and reassuring on a business level - a problem with the booking-in system was handled with good-humour and patience which turned an irritating hitch into 'just one of those things'. (Oh, and that applies to the waitress at breakf - It was the perfect location for us as we were visiting family close by. It was very comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was food. Staff very friendly. It was only 10 minutes or so to Nantwich and 30 minutes to Chester.
