Fully refurbished, the large bedrooms all feature antique furniture and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Other facilities include tea/coffee and a TV with a DVD player.
Breakfast is aga-cooked and produce used comes from the property’s farm shop. There is a picnic/barbecue area that can be used by guests weather permitting.
The farm also has a lounge with DVDs and games. Pigs, sheep and ducks can be seen around the farm grounds and cycles can be hired.
Rookery Hall Hotel and Spa is a 5-minute drive from the farm and there are lovely riverside and countryside walks around the property. Parking is free.

Everything! Andrew and Louise certainly deserve all the accolades bestowed on them by previous guests on this (and other!) travel website(s)......just read them!
Anything we might say has been said many times already-10/10!.
Lovely extra thoughtful touches for example a piece of fresh cake in the room, underfloor heating in the bathroom, very clean, excellent breakfast and warm and friendly place to stay.

We found the room very comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was delicious and the farm's shop sold excellent meat. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the location was beautiful.
Friendly welcome and 2 pieces of cake in the room! Clean, freshly decorated and well designed in a quiet county location. Excellent breakfast, recommend the bacon!.
gate farm for us was just perfect we were well looked after food was fresh and delicious plenty of it surroundings peaceful Mr & Mrs Jackson wonderful hosts.
