This hotel is in an excellent location quite near the main street with shops, bars etc. Also it is beside the bus station which allows you to easily get to Cheshire Oaks outlet park and Chester Zoo.   The whole experience at the Abode Chester was superb. I requested a balcony with our room overlooking Chester race course and this was provided. The maids replaced all towels daily, made the bed and topped up the toiletries and coffee tea etc. They also did this at your convenience. The location of the hotel is perfect, about a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Chester and parki - The staff were the most friendly hotel staff I have ever met. We got lost on the way there and the receptionist stayed on the phone for 20 minutes directing us. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and have never experienced customer service as good as this. The bed was also like sleeping on a cloud.
