Everything! We couldn't fault a single thing. Anyone who does is incredibly picky because we loved it so much we stayed an extra night. Three nights there was like a two week relaxing holiday. We will definitely go back and we can't wait until we do. Cannot rave highly enough about this gem of a place. Divine. The room was excellent, spacious and modern with a lovely bathroom. The restaurant was welcoming and cosy and the service was friendly and efficient. Food was also wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to others.
所有评语 » It was an opportunity to experience a Cornwall village type setting, with the lovely cottage's. Shame the village shops are missing, this would have added to the experience, but certainly not a negative. Lovely place!. On arrival there was a problem with the towel rail in the bathroom-it was on constantly and the weather was very hot but Paul fixed it as soon as he could. Well done! All in all we had a great stay. Lovely building, really good standard of rooms and the food was great. In the morning it felt very unhurried and relaxed. We really appreciated someone staying there till 11pm to check us in. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating to our large, mixed family group. The food was delicious, both evening meal and breakfast the next day were excellent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, finding out information regarding local attractions for me. Food was very tasty and filling. Would love to stay there again. We stop off here regularly on our way back from the Isles of Scilly. It is good value for money, has comfortable spacious rooms and serves good food. Staff welcoming and friendly. Decor lovely. Spotless bathroom with an amazing shower. Lots of choice for breakfast, everything delicious. High end type of property with lots of charm and friendly staff. Beds very comfortable and rooms really lovely. Comfortable and spacious room. Good food and would return if in the area again. Very clean a well maintained. We loved everything about The Plume of Feathers from the food to the accommodation. Lovely welcome and friendly staff....... room excellent and delicious food. Stopped you from feeling really remote. Nothing. Getting there at 11pm but that was our fault. Nothing. Happy to pay the price, but not suitable for those on a budget. Children said there were some dirt bits inside the bed (not sure what that was) and I found a child's sock in bedside drawer. Nothing. Room smelt a little musty but was in a barn conversion!. the menu at the restaurant...especially if you are a "fussy" eater (vegetarian). The soundproofing in our room could of been better as we could hear the people above us walking around. The extractor fan in the bathroom didnt sem to be working. Nothing. Nothing. Checking in was poor but problems skilfully resolved by the manager. Nothing. Nothing. Very hotin smallest double but weather unseasonably hot ... We were provided with a fan as we were shown to our room. No Bath. We stayed in room 4, it was the only room available when we booked, it was very small considering it cost £110. Per night. Gardens and paths have been sadly neglected for two or three years.
