  The staff were friendly on arrival, we were shown to our room & asked if we required any help with our luggage. The room was comfortable & adequate for our needs. The shower room was excellent!   Staff were really friendly when we arrived late at night and showed us to our room, explaining everything too. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfy. Would recommend this place!! - The family room was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
