  The rate (60 quid) and the breakfast! Also within walking distance of the MEN arena where I saw the fabulous Neil Diamond in concert - a cracker of a show as always.   I have stayed here before and if the price is still ok I will stay next time I am in england. The hotel is clean the staff are pleasant and effıcient. - I really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool bath. The food was great, You can truly relax here more often at these prices, thank you.

Very quiet location away from the madness of Saturday night in Manchester city - This is a very different sort of hotel. Its a former warehouse and so my room had no windows, which was slightly strange. This sad the bed was comfortable, the room very clean and nicely furnished. Where the hotel scores really high is in the communal areas. a very nice breakfast room, with an excellent home cooked breakfast, great bar and lots of airy space inside and out.
