Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Plenty of tea and coffee available in room, and more provided on request. Plenty of towels provided. Room clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great, including a choice of cereals. the night 'porter' was v friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Very little noise given it is next to very busy A road. breakfast was minimal but excellent. A very good value stay. Would certainly stay again.
所有评语 » The rooms are very big, clean modern. There is a great free espresso/latte machine in the lobby, makes great drinks! The price is good Access to Manchester city centre very easy. Massive bed. Very friendly staff Big TV in room. Such great value for money. We had a spacious family room with usual facilities and the price even included a carry bag breakfast. We have family in Manchester and would stay here again when we come up from London. The efficiency of the hotel, comfort of the bedrooms, the take away breakfast, hot drink making facilities in the room,the 24 hour reception and the overall friendly atmosphere. Great place, thankyou. The hotel was better that we had seen online, the room was fab the Manager was really nice, but we didant take him up in the free complementry breakfast as we needed and early start on the road. the spacious and clean room. grab and go breakfast was great and the coffee machine in reception an excellent idea. staff were friendly and welcoming. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Convenient for City Centre. Excellent value for money. Large bedroom. Very smart foyer. All staff members we came across were helpful, polite and efficient. Complimentary breakfast. The free breakfast was brilliant - even the kids loved it. The coffee machine in reception was "the brilliant" Rooms were clean and staff really willing to go the extra mile. Staff were excellant so wss room also made welcome and nice touches like 2bottles of water tea and coffee in room and reception all round fantastic and a well confy bed. Dee on reception is lovely! The take away breakfast is great! Rooms huge, beds huge and comfy. Free parking, great! Free wifi, great! Clean, modern and great value!!. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt relaxed as soon as I arrived. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast to go...really good idea. The only thing was a slight smell on entering the room of cigerettes but nothing that would stop me booking again. would have liked more coffee sachets - only two in the room for two of us which was not enough for A late night/early morning brew. however this is only A niggle as we always travel with A small jar of coffee. Some areas (corridor carpets, decoration etc.) look tired, and need renewing / painting. Only 1 dedicated disabled parking space. No restaurant on site (but one is being built at the moment). Though it was clean and tidy it was very dated. But having said that we could see that they had work in progress to overcome this. Would defiantly recommend this property. Need more hotles in other areas as we would stay with u elswere. Nothing. Constant footsteps above us at early hours. The bathroom was quite cramped. Location isn't the best. No choice of breakfast. nothing. No restaurant No bar. Could probably do with a sign to show the back entrance as there's no front entrance and also a path to main road which could do with a gate as our 2 year decided to legit towards the dual carriageway. Grab and go breakfast, microwaved food very unpleasant. I would not stay again for that reason. Pub & restaurant attached was shut. Family room (2 adults 2 children) was too small; impossible to move around the beds. During the 1st night we were woken in the early hours by tv noise and people talking and smoking out of the window in the room nextdoor (problem was resolved after 2 complaints); poss sound-proofing problem? Staff very apologetic but stopped short of compensation!!!. Room above ours very noisy on the second night there. difficult to go in to ur hotel and ur hotel signboard is quite small i think.thank u. We stayed on the ground floor, not sure what was going on above us but from 3am till around 6am somebody was stomping about, the floor boards were creaky and I had a rubbish nights sleep due to this. The prices can fluctuate quite a lot, I feel this hotel is best priced at the £49-£59 range. the breakfat and the room was to hot. We didn't have a car and there aren't really any shops/restaurants nearby which with a toddler was a bit difficult at times. Bed was broken for my daughter so we ended up changing it ourselves from the other one under the bed and remaking it, already had to ask to get tv working properly and an extra cup as not enough didn't want to bother her again, also asked at breakfast for just bacon balms but lady forgot however she did apologise when we checked out. It was quite far away and could be expensive to get to the hotel especially if travelling in a taxi. If your on the ground floor you can hear the room above stomping around and talking. No onsite food availability (i was informed this was changing in february building works was apparent) Getting to parking was awkward. Trouble in finding the entrance to hotel. Not applicable.
