Location - unbelievable sunset.
Booked single room before reading some critical reviews of room size - feared the worst but in the event given a double room with nice view of harbour at single room rate - so Good for comfort and in my case value for money also.
Lovely staff - intelligent and hospitable - other hotels could learn from them!!!! -

We had the family room which was very spacious.
Handy to the ferry dock for our early departure.
Very good breakfast in a lovely dining room with wonderful views from all windows.
