  The service was brilliant. We stayed with other members of family and had a meal in the restaurant which was great. The waiter who was assigned to us was fantastic and dealt with us in a friendly manner even when we changed things!! Breakfast was good as you could help yourselves to as much or as little as you wanted. There was a good selection ... 别人怎么说 » of items to choose from. I would highly recommend this for a base as it was also close to the railway station. - Brand new with smiley staff and their own restaurant which was excellent food and cheap compared to places in town. Ideal location for our visit to heritage/library for research. Easy to reach from M20. Huge room - generally excellent stay but missed cheap £29 deal which would have been the icing on the cake!

  My husband and I were very impressed with your hotel,we have stayed in a lot of hotels and yours has got to be the best.The staff were all very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome.
