Ynyshir Restaurant and Rooms
Ynyshir is set in 14 acres of woodland and flower gardens, on the Dyfi Estuary. It is overlooked by the Cambrian Mountains and is close to the Ynyshir nature reserve. The award-winning restaurant at Ynyshir holds 4 AA rosettes as well as 1 Michelin Star. The restaurant serves a nine course tasting menu at lunch and a 17 course tasting menu in the evening, using seasonal Welsh and British ingredients. Each guest room is uniquely designed with a mix of antique and contemporary furniture and each has an en-suite bathroom. Most rooms overlook the gardens and mountains. Ynyshir is located a 20-minute drive from Aberystwyth, a 10-minute drive from Machynlleth and a 15-minute drive from the Snowdonia National Park.
