Kitchen and 2 bedrooms was nice for the extra room, especially in a city. The location was excellent - restaurants and grocery stores and pubs were close. It was also close to the tube where we could go into many areas of London and it was also a tube stop from the Heathrow airport - very convenient. The hotel was on one tube line from the airport which made it very convenient. It is 4 mins walk to Earl's court which was central to museums, shops and parks. The flat was very roomy! Two bedrooms plus a kitchen and den area.
所有评语 » The location and the usefulness of the rooms for a travelling group visiting the city of London. Great room/apartment. Definately would stay again - I was very pleasantly surprised actually. Very good apartment with good Furniture, kitchen, TV, everything was fine. Excellent location, good facilities, compact but very adequate apartment. Great location for central london. Accommodation was great. everything was perfect: location, staff, cleanness. clean and friendly staff. Location was fantastic. very helpful staff. It is clean and quiet, good location. The fact that at first they could not trace the booking. Luckily, I had a confirmation on my e-mail. Heating was on full. So had to switch all radiators off and open windows. Needed more glasses/cutlery/kitchen wear to be really good but managed with what was there. Balcony needs a clean!. the water bomb was very very n unbelivable , to much noyz you cant sleep with it , if next apartment turn the water on the bomb sound make you crazy. The internet in the lower floor was not strong enough. We always need to move from the living room to the bedroom to get a better strength. Apart from the internet it is a wonderful place to stay. smoke alarm kept bleeping all night very disrupted sleep.next day it took several hours to fix, only really annoying thing. 1. One set of key is really not convenient. I have to asked for an extra front door key to solve the problem. 2. The sofa in the living room is so hard, my body was in pain after a while. no tv in bedroom. Thermostatic contol of temperature was non existant ! It was very hot. the reception was in a different hotel!! small lift & no body help with the luggage. rooms where not clean enought, had to wait for 20 minutes for the receptionist to get keys, wi-fi doesn't operate, although claimed to be available. No reception for late check in. We must go 2 blocks to other hotel for check in. I had to cancel, and they said to rearrange dates but then never responded to any more emails. Even don't think to stay there - dirty place with hair in the bathroom, dirty furniture, dirty and broken curtains, dirty everything.
