The courtesy and friendliness of the staff was excellent. The room was stylish and had a lovely bay window. The location is a good walk (e.g., 20 minutes?) from the grounds for the Wimbledon Championships. Very nice hot breakfast, great location, tea and coffe facilities in the room (as well as iron and iron desk). Quite and comfortable stay, we had a very good rest there. good wi-fi.

Location for All England Club. - General is in reasonable condition. - Breakfast is always served with hot condition and always smile despite of more people waiting. Location. The walk to the Wimbledon Championships was longer than I expected, and the Queue forms closer to the Southfields tube station than to Wimbledon village. little room and little bath, but still comfortable. not really any cold water from the taps. No sign for the, do not disturb, which did cause some confusion in the mornings. lack of lift, lack of phone. No fridge. A very loose definition of a boutique hotel. In fact, it's not a hotel at all, not even what can be classed as a guest house. It's an ordinary B&B and no more. Breakfast choice very limited and finishing at 8.45 makes it not very practical. This is not the first time I've been stung by letsbookhotel.com describing a B&B as a hotel. Total misnomer. No bar, no reception after 10.00pm. Would love to know what your definition of a hotel actually is. Expensive at £200 for one night stay. It was not mentioned during the booking process on letsbookhotel.com, that I have to pay at check-in for whole stay. - Shower area is too small for person l size - No heater in toilet when in winter season. - Breakfast time (starts 0730hrs) is likely late, it may not convenience for business traveller as guy may late of business, recommends to start eariler i.e. 0630-0700hrs. Charged us for a Family Room for all 5 nights even though we only used it 1 night and then moved us. Not accomodating for people with disabilities either. No fridge, no global microwave. No access to any kitchen Invasion of privacy. Specifically said on door 'do not disturb' and they went in there and opened all the curtains and windows. The price very over priced by about 300% in my opinion The bathroom No double knock or chain on door No hot water for baisin Left windows open and were difficult to close Tile floor no Mats next to bed Had to reach behind bed to switch on bedside light. Very small.
