We got the 1-bedroom apartment. -Very clean and modern (touch screen console controlling room temperature and lighting. Manuals of kitchen appliances can also be accessed from this console. 所有评语 » Friendly & accommodating staff. Always on hand to help. I was very grateful as I arrived on an early flight (20+ hours) and they arranged a room for me prior to normal check in and also did the same for a late checkout. I loved the Rosebery so much I extended my stay from 1 week to 2 weeks. Close to tube and buses right on your doorstep. Good supermarkets and felt safe at night - lovely neighbourhood - close enough to all the main attractions, but not so busy. Special mention to John (. We were very satisfied with the service as the staff was very helpful and kind.The studio itself is completely new, comfortably furnished with all the anemnities a person needs for even a longer stay. The Hotel is convenietly located, close to a supermarket and little shops. The metro central (red) line is very close by and we were also thrilled to ride a couple of stops to it (bus 341) which runs by every 7 minutes even at night. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It is a lovely, 20 minute wa. The room was quite large with new modern appliances. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. We were able to make a great cup of coffee in the morning and do a laundry before we left. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is near many excellent restaurants. We had breakfast at the nearby Maya restaurant every morning. We started our day's sightseeing with a short walk to Faringdon tube station for travel to all the sights. This is an outstanding hotel for th. 1. We checked in on my wife's birthday. I had informed the hotel beforehand and we were welcomed with a nice bottle of prosecco and chocolates. It showed us that they care about their guests. 2. The studio apartment had excellent decor, was spacious and a general feel good factor to it 3. Location was great. The bus stop was only a few steps away from the hotel with buses arriving every couple of minutes with connectivity to central london hotspots 4. excellent value for money. The apartments and reception have some nice design elements and color. The studio apt was cool. Decent bathroom with Gilchrist & Soames toiletries, a good espresso maker and a super comfy bed. Climate control works really well in the room. Chancery Lane Tube is the closest tube Station. I really like everything in this hotel apartment , smart house light and ac all information was in touch screen , try to stay at 4th or 5th floor for nice view , all kitchen equipment available try to go with big rooms , stuff is just amazing location good also . The location is excellent - few steps from the bus stop connected to London's transport system. We liked everything - the facilities inside the apartment were ok. We especially liked the bed. And the staff was all friendly and helpfull. Great location, very close to many really nice restaurants, pubs and cafes, convenient to the west and the east of London. The laundry detergent was missing from the Welcome Pack (I guess), but this is extremely minor for all of the pros, plus it IS a service apartment. Wanted to stay longer..!!!!. The time went by too fast :-). Studios are not cleaned during your stay and a deposit of 250 gbp is taken (but refunded immediately when you check out). 1 - I hope to clean the apartment every 2 days not every 1 week 2 - Saudi Arabia people was next door and they was open the door plus cook rise at the morning with heavy smell and trash was outside all the time. We didn't like the heating system. It was either too hot, or too cold. The staff didn't warn as that there is a construction site right next to the building (loud drilling, machinery etc noises start at 7:00-8:00). I'm no construction worker, but I believe that the construction is in early stages (lots of noises in the near future). So keep that in mind and ask the staff to relocate you to the less noisy part of the building. It's somewhere between a serviced apartment and a hotel. I stayed for 8 days and they were only cleaning the room once a week! They did accommodate my request to have the room clean once in the middle of my stay rather than the day before I leave, but in my experience you would expect cleaning 2-3 times a week even for a serviced apartment. you just want to stay in the apartment and put aside any sightseeing. The Rosebery was experiencing problems with its fire alarm system while we were there. Twice alarms sounded; one of them required us to leave apartment and go to lobby while problem was fixed. Blinds didn´t block light well. Nothing. liked everything. Nothing to dislike. location off central area but easyly accesed by bus; rough skin touch of couch fabric; bathroom poorly iluminated; high and slippery bathtub, shower spilling water on floor making both dangerous; air-conditioning off for 2 days; one night whole 2nd floor with unbearable smell of garbage; suggested taxi service not qualified and not trustworthy. I stayed for 8 nights, but the cleaning lady only came once. I would like the lovely lady to clean at least twice, even three times. The bath was a bit gross after the first two nights, since she didn't clean it the one time she visited. Can't think of anything. The fact that the tv channels didn't show football, but I guess that cuts across a lot of places in the UK. Location is little far from main tourist attraction , not a typical tourist area. Flat facing the main road are noisy , but they changed it two days later to more quit flat after I asked. There is a fair amount of traffic noise early in the mornings as Rosebery Avenue is a bus route. Some facilities didn't work properly - a door did not close, the light switch of the bedroom didn't work so you had to switch it off or on through the electronic control outside the room. Laundry machine was confusing and almost broke the entire cabinet. It was too expensive. There's not much to see in Clerckenwell, al teast I found nothing. the wifi signal was sometimes very weak. The room service must be more than once a week. the aircontioner was wrong, better a King size bed. It was just a bit too expensive .. I booked it late and didn't have time to hunt an alternative, but whilst I really liked the Rosebury I wouldn't stay there again at that price .. Wi fi was down all weekend, big problems for me. in a hotel if wi fi is down they usually can fix it quickly, at the rosebury there was no competent staff. We booked the premium suite but there was no bathrobe , slippers, and few towels.
