The friendliness of the staff and other customers, they made us feelvery welcome. The thai food was gorgeous and a generous size, andthe cooked breakfast was fantastic and again huge. Excellent valuefor money. 10min walk to underground - decent size bathroom - clean,comfortable room, pleasant staff, good value, much nicer than other similarly priced b+b's in central London that we have stayed in.

Excellent value for money.We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, excellent food and friendly staff, we would stay there again on our next trip to London. staff were so friendly, location is excellent i would stronlgy recommend this hotel and will be back again.Very nice Pub downstairs was a bonus, ideal location 5 minutes walk from Lords and Regents Park. Friendliness of the staff. The neighborhood around The New Inn was delightful with lots of young families walking around. I felt very safe in this community. Jan was very helpful with directions to places like Madam Tussaud's (which is just across the park from The New Inn) and other area information. We arrived on the 9:55 p.m. flight, and Jan had sandwiches ready for us when we arrived (as previously requested). Very quant Inn. My first experience staying over a Pub. It was very neat and clean and the staff very helpful. Hotel was a short walk from Underground but tucked away on a quiet street. A small fridge in the room would have made it the perfect stay.The staff were extremely helpful especially around dietary issues - couldn't fault the service. The food was excellent. very comfortable and clean -the staff were very helpfull rooms were very clean and it had a nice atmosphere. It was a great location at a good price. Very nice Hotel, staff very lovely.Thai menu was good value and very tasty and the full English breakfast was excellent. The Pub was very busy but it was not too loud through the floorboards. Nice area of London easy access on the tube (5min walk) to the central line. It is very friendly and quiet. We enjoyed it a lot: it seems "very British" and we felt almost at home. The area is nice and well linked to the attractions.we had an excellant stay at the hotel,food was excellant and the staff most attentive.would not hesitate to return in the future. friendly staff, entertainment on Saturday i stayed , the food was very good, good location close to jazz cafe !. We liked the pub very much. Were at first afraid there would be too much noise as we slept above the pub but it was no problem at all. The owners of the hotel are very helpful and kind. The room was nice, the beds were good and the shower was very good aswell. In the room there is a hairblower, waterboiler and alarmclock, and it is very clean. The breakfast is good and so is the thaifood in the Inn.Clean rooms, gret position in a very quite neighbourhood, 5 minutes (500 m) walk far from the tube station... The pub under the hotel close at h. 11:00 pm, so no problem... Great location, friendly staff' decent-size room. clean and airy.Excellent continental breakfast and friendly helpful staff. We checked-in early and they didn't mind keepingour luggage. The room was quite big with an equally roomy en-suite. Lotsof shops and restaurants near by.friendly easy going. No we enjoyed it all, would definatley want to book again.creaky ceiling when room above occupied. No phone in the room...The beds in the twin room were very comfortable. In the double room, they were not as good and might need to be replaced in the near future. could not get a drink before midnight after being at a concert. a little noise from the pub downstairs. But it was also fun to be at the pub downstairs. The only negative thing was the traffic noise. We didn't open the window when we went to bed and then it wasn't too bad.Everything was very nice. The pub downstairs is open until 24.00, you can hear that in the room, but it did not bother me. All the pubs around the hotel in the neightbourhood close at 11:00... So no chance to drink a beer in the night and you are tired and you would not go to London downtown...!!. The inn is actually located directly above a bar (and you check in the with the bartender--who was very nice). We stayed there on a Sat night, which meant the live music, etc., was going on until around midnight, which was later than we would have liked with an early departure the next morning. The walls are paper thin-you could hear a pin drop in the other rooms.The rooms to the front of the hotel had a lot of traffic noise in the mornings.Some problems with the hot water in the room. The mattresses need to be changed, they were not very comfortable. Also,if you wanted to go to bed early, you needed to be a heavy sleeper,because the noise from the Pub could keep you up. They do close at 11pmand after that everything is quiet. The tube is about 10-12 minutes walkfrom the Inn, which is not that bad.having to choose type of breakfast the evening before.
