Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Excellent in room facilities,very well equiped, especially the beautiful modern bathroom. No other hotel facilities other than whats in the room but that was just fine for the purpose of my trip. Location, excellent access to all parts of London via underground, West Kensington, or bus. Proximity to restaurants, pubs, shopping. Olympia, Kensignton, Portabello Market,etc. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
所有评语 » A lovely hotel just what we were looking for, bed was very comfy, staff were friendly, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, tea making items and a microwave all in the room. Speaker in shower which I liked. Staff was pleasant and the room, although small, was very comfortable and quiet. They also have free wi-fi which is a big plus. Also the location to the Olympia center couldn't be much better. The staff is friendly and the hotel is near to the West Kensington metro station (300/400mt). Also, due to the distance from the main road, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The location is excellent. The room is top quality, which far beyond the most hotels at the similar price in London. The staff is extremely helpful. Strongly recommended!. Beautifully designed rooms. Very clean environment. Great staff. This is one of the best hotels I've been to in a long time. I had no issues at all. very happy with this hotel for the purpose of my business trip. Nothing really - might be helpful to have someplace to lay out suitcase other than bed. Might be nice to have a map and info sheet on the local area pointing out location of pubs I.e Cumberland, The Hand and Flower, restaurants, convenience store, Metro/bus stops for travellers not familiar with area. Stairs, we were on the top floor and there is no lift so if you struggle with stairs or carry things i would avoid, however the staff may carry it for you. The lights don't work if you take the key card out which was a pain when my husband went out in the morning to the shop I had to stay in darkness. No lift in the building so if you issues with stairs, take a bottom floor room if you can. The room was very tiny and the free wi-fi was too slow. Nothing. No elevate. Please also inform that you can use tube station West Kensington and not just Olympia. A lift would have been nice. The kitchen contains all the furnishing already missed the cutlery (great knives were). Very frustrating to get the right number of local lamp work only under the chandelier turned on, and the kitchen - in the absence of outlets - not to use the toaster and water heater installed only on the ground. Nothing!. wobbly Wi-Fi unless you pay for extra power, too far from a tube station (Ken Olympia nearby but not always open). nothing. My room was up about 6 flights of stairs - no lift and room, while well appointed was quite small. Hairdryer not powerful and showerhead needs replacing. Tv-loudspeaker in bathroom the volume of which you could not adjust. nothing. Bad Internet connection, location of the room. Bed was a little bit uncomfortable. Poor wifi and or download speeds ... Either provide good service or dont .... dont advertise it and then charge for a premium service should the prior be inadequate ... although bed was made nicely and was clean the mattress was very uncomfortable with springs poking out.other than a quick clean in bathroom and emptying bins no other cleaning was done the floors were not swept for the duration of our stay (4 nights). Dirty cutlery in the draw! Ants (probably attracted to the dirty cutlery). Room had no real window, I was not told in advance. Wifi did not work properly. The smell. Struggled to get any water out of any of the hot taps in room 14. Old food in fridge. Location is an issue - far away from tube. No Face cloths A bit small for the money. very expensive for a ' doss house' Wifi connection exceedingly poor rooms very small lack of restaurant ( having to go out to get some food) NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SINGLE FEMALE. Beds quite small. No lift Very dusty room Small room Small double beds No lobby or common area. Terrible staircase, no elevator, tiny rooms. No elevator and we had heavy luggage. Price for what it is is far too expensive. Very dirty rooms Bed had blood stain on the sheets Very very very expensive There is no lift. They gave me a room with no window, like a shoes box and they said it was legal!!! It is illegal to let people stay like in a mouse trap!! The room I am talking about is # 3. No window!!. Charged me twice for the same room. Would not refund money. Bad experience.
